Applicants must demonstrate a genuine intent and capability to undertake their sponsored role without plans for other employment.

Visa Duration:
The visa duration aligns with the Certificate of Sponsorship plus an additional 14 days before and after. Extensions are possible based on specific conditions.
Extensions and Settlement:
Extension periods align with the chosen scheme, either 12 or 24 months. Though this visa isn’t a direct route to permanent settlement, switching to another immigration route might be an option.

Switching within the UK is generally restricted, with exceptions for certain student categories.
Visa Conditions:
Successful applicants can work for their sponsor and partake in volunteering, shadowing, supplementary work, and studies. Access to public funds is restricted.
